When
The event will begin at 7:00 am Friday August 31, 2012 at the Lodgepole Visitors Center in Sequoia National Park. It is advisable that you stay in either Fresno or Visalia the night before if you are planning on taking a vehicle up to the park. If you are interested in caravaning or carpooling please stay in Fresno. A recommended hotel will be announced at a later date.

Tumblr: UnPlugged Availability
Greetings all. As you may have seen the reservations have all been made for the Bearpaw High Sierra Camp for August 31, 2012-September 1, 2012.
Currently there is one available tent that sleeps two. If you are interested in attending please send an email to tumblr.unplugged@gmail.com. I’ll reply with a detailed email.

The reservations have been made for the Bearpaw High Sierra Camp.
4 Tents have been reserved for August 31, 2012 and September 1, 2012.
All tents are sold based on double occupancy. We do have the option of adding a third person to each tent at a later date. The third person would be required to bring their own bedding and floor mat (I can provide this for up to two people).

We are at the one week away from making reservations. Thus far I have 3 confirmed attendees and 2 unable to make it’s.

Tumblr: un-Plugged -- It's time to think about...
As mentioned before the reservation date for the Bearpaw High Sierra camp is on January 2nd. After speaking with the camp manager I learned that the camp typically is 99% reserved by the end of January 2nd.
It is time to start making semi-firm plans to attend. We are planning for Labor Day weekend. All are invited but we are limited to 18 total persons as that is all the camp can accommodate.

Tumblr: Unplugged -- Are you flexible?
I spoke with the manager of the Bearpaw High Sierra Camp today. She told me that the reservation period opens on January 2nd at 7:00am and they typically are 96% sold out by the end of the day.
It is still the intent to go Labor Day weekend. However, if I can’t work my phone magic we will try for either the weekend before or the weekend after.
Hope this still works for everyone.

Here is some additional information about the reservation process. I will be making the reservation for the entire camp on January 2nd. Final confirmation of your attendance must be had by June 25th. The payment for the cabin is due by August 16th.
